Find somewhere else to buy what you need. I went there today to buy a printer. I spent some 30 minutes looking at printers with no employees in sight. I found the one I wanted to buy. Unfortunately, there were no boxes of that printer on the shelf below. An employee, not a floor employee, walked by and I asked if there were some in the back. She handed me the price sticker and told me to take it to the register located in the computer department. there were two saleclerks there, both busy with customers. I was the only other cusomer in line. I waited until one of them has completed his sale. At this time, two more sales employees walked up to the register and the three of them began a conversation ignoring the fact that I was standing there. When I did catch one of them looking at me, he said, "I thought you were being helped." DUH! By who?

I handed him the item sticker and he looked it up and said they had none, but I could order it or go to another store which did have one. By this time, I had been in the store for over two hours, the first half hour of my looking at printers with no sales assistance. The selection was limited, but I found what I could use. BUT I WON'T BE BUYING IT AT BEST BUY.
