HORRIBLE SERVICE!

if I could give less than one star I would!! I called to place an order and it would have been at least $75. I live in another part of the country so I was asking about tulips. They are not in 'season' so not available. OK. Do you have roses? Yes. What colors? I had looked on the website and had an idea of what I wanted based on the website and while I was more than willing to substitute, they were passing me off from person to person and I couldn't get a straight answer as to what would be substituted! Finally, the man (and I did NOT say gentleman because he was not) said "you are too hard to deal with, call another florist and hung up"

This man was RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! no sense of business or southern charm or hospitality here! I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all and I will be sure that my Mom, who lives only blocks away which is why I chose them, will never use their services either! HORRIBLE, RUDE man.
