Horrible. Avoid at all costs!

Got suckered in because got quoted cheapest price around to fix cracked screen. Should have known better.

At first glance phone was fine but the next day a spot started forming on the screen that became bigger and bigger, and the screen was unresponsive at times. Was told at time of repair they had a 30 day guarantee. So I brought the phone back and spoke with Heidi who discouraged me from having it worked on again. She said it was a common problem and there was nothing that could be done to fix it, that it would come back. I insisted that had I been informed beforehand that the phone would not be repaired to prior state, I would not have let them work on it to begin with. She relented and took it back to be worked on.

When I came to pick it up, I got the same spiel from who I assume to be the owner, Jose. Jose said that because the original glue was removed there was no barrier between the glass and the LCD screen and that it was bound to happen again. I got the phone back and there was no spot but the screen protector had been very scratched up. The fact that the protector was even still on leads me to believe that there was no actual work performed, just Jose pushing at the edges until the glass and screen separated. The next time i used the phone the spot was back.

I called a few other repair places to see if this issue was as typical as the iTech employees would have me believe, in every instance I was told this was not a common occurrence and it sounded like they were using cheap materials or not performing the repair properly.

I went back today to ask for a refund. Jose was very rude and informed me there was no refund but he would fix it again. I repeated his original spiel back to him about how it would happen again and he said that if i wanted to keep bringing it back i could until my warranty was up. I asked him what he was going to do different this time and he answered that he did not have to tell me what he was going to do to my phone. I explained that I did not have time to keep bringing the phone back and that they already had two opportunities to fix the issue. I advised again that I wanted a refund. Jose continued to be rude and smug and said it was my decision if I didn't want him to fix it. When I made a comment about small businesses and how important customer service is, he smugly told me that I was just one person and my negative comments or reviews couldn't hurt him.

I highly recommend avoiding this business. Remember, sometimes it's better to having something done right, rather than cheap.
