So I visited Carolina Women's Physicians because I was having these sharp pains in my side and abdomen. I'm not one to hold my tongue, especially when it comes to my health so I told the nurse AND Dr. Morton about ALL of my symptoms. I even went as far as letting them know that I am pretty sure that I know what I might have. Dr. Morton dismissed my symptoms as simple ovulation pain and told me that there was nothing to be concerned about. So being that she is a doctor I trusted her opinion. The next day the pain was so excruciating that I couldn't even focus at work. I left early and went to Doctors Care. The doctor at Doctors Care immediately asked me why I hadn't seemed treatment sooner (as with my condition, I needed to seek treatment asap!) I told him that I had gone to Carolina Women's and they told me that I had nothing to worry about. The Doctor at Dr.'s Care was extremely attentive and told me exactly what I had suspected. He prescribed me some medication and today I am feeling 100% better! Dr.'s Care even called me back today and asked how I was doing! Carolina Women's has yet to call me back to even let me know the results of the sample that they took from me even though they said I'd get a call back from a nurse the next day. The moral to this story is...had I would have dismissed my symptoms as the physician at Carolina Women's told me to do I would have ran the chance of serious problems such as organ failure. I do not play about my health and you shouldn't either. Where you go is your choice but keep my story in mind and choose a physician and facility that is going to CARE FOR YOU AS YOU CARE FOR YOURSELF! -signed a very disappointed "former" patient.

I have had a horrible experience with this practice. They run tests and never call you with the results, they "forget" to schedule your prenatal appointments, they dismiss any questions or concerns you have as if you were an idiot. I manage a medical office and would be horrified if my staff treated any of our patients the way I have been treated at this office.

When I first became a patient, I thought I had finally found a doctor that would never make me feel rushed, would listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and was actually going to help me. I have had my prescriptions called in wrong several times, it is almost impossible to get them to call you back to address anything they did wrong, and they ran the wrong tests for a very serious condition I have (after confirming that they were going to run the correct ones), thus causing an incorrect assessment of my health issues. I ended up going to a specialist when I couldn't get even a call back from this doctor, and was feeling better within 24 hours. My condition can be life threatening if left untreated. Thankfully, I know more about my condition than my doctor here did... their incompetency and horrible "customer service" could have cost me my health, job, and possibly my life.

Best doctor I have ever been to..He listens and replies to me like a am on his level.He always gives me a full check up & answers all my questions that I have each and every time I visit.If someone asked me who I think is the best doctor I would every time say Dr.Copper..
