Took my wife's car there last year for rattling noise in front passenger side when hitting bumps was told is was the control arm.took to another shop for n the same issue since when we got the car back isn't was still making that noise. Found out the tire rods & sway bar links were dangerously loose. Now I'm at another shop for an alignment & guess what Alfaros ordered the wrong part entirely wrong year or model or whatever doesn't matter it's the wrong part it was only held in by maybe 3 threads in! Alfaros does NOT know what they are doing!! Just because their lot is always full & are across the street from the police station does NOT mean they know how to work on vehicles! Horrible place!
