Danny was very prompt and polite. Alterra always calls a day ahead to let us know they are expected. They come to the door to let us know what they are going to do. Never any problems. Always professional.

They keep missing scheduled times. I have had more success by going to the hardware store to buy spray. With Alterra, I continue having the same pest issues. With Ace, problem solved.

Unless you can personally monitor the pest control services from Alterra company, DO NOT use their services.

I used Alterra Services for a year. A few months back, my wife stayed at home to get an interior service done and to monitor the service. The service tech did not show up.
The next day I was served the invoice and my credit card was charged.
When we discussed this, I remembered that I see hoards of flies in the yard when I mow the lawn. That made me suspect that this is not the first time I was cheated.
I called them (You will be lucky if you get to speak with customer service) and described what happened. They offered they would redo the service for a reduced charge.

And hence my opinion and the single star for this company.

Our Service Pro Danny recently came and provided our service. I was not home at the time but my wife was there. Danny identified himself and explained his presence and purpose. He was very thourogh and professional and even asked if there were any concerns before he finished his work. My wife was impressed as well as I. Nice work Danny!

Kyle provided great service today. Friendly and efficient. A pleasure to work with. Did a great job removing spider webs and even a wasp nest. Thank you. Barb J.

Rob Stubbe has been to our home before and he really has such great knowledge of pests!! He's like an encyclopedia! It's very helpful to learn, and he provides the facts quickly and straightforward...He really knows his stuff!

Rob has done a fantastic job of servicing my home. He has monitored the mice activity in my home and so far, there has been no mice in the house for a few months. He answers my questions intelligently. As a result, I am a satisfied customer and because of Rob's service, I have recommended Alterra service to my neighbors.

We just our Service Pro Rob visit the house. We explained a problem we were seeing with spiders and ants. He took extra time to explain what he'd be doing and spent time going through the whole house and doing a great job outside!!! Keep up the great work Rob!!!

I am writing this review to commend Rob your Service Pro for doing a great job. Rob cameon a follow up call to clean up all the cob webs . He was efficient, complete, came on time, walked around with me as I pointed of the webs and was a good listener and patient. He quickly made friends with the three dogs we have and even gave us advice regarding one of my dogs who had an injury. You should be very proud to have such a good team member.

Just had Alterra pest control out to control the crazy big spiders we have had this summer. I was very happy with Danny. He sprayed and cleaned out all the areas that I noticed the spiders around the house and in the garage. I had him spray the basement too. Great Job!

Our service pro Danny is awesome! Always in a great mood and very accommodating to our families needs as he is normally greated by one of our labs when he enters our property.

It was very helpful and Alex was very kind and efficient. We had questions and he was very helpful and answered them all.

Alterra has never disappointed us! The customer service and technicians are extra courteous and informative. It's nice to know that whenever we need them, they will come right out. We just recently found a wasp nest on our backyard fence and Alex Green came out and got it taken care of immediately. He also sprayed the inside of our house for spiders. He took the time to explain what we were seeing and why/where they are coming from and what to look for. I love this option as we have a dog and 8-month old baby that loves to explore. These treatments are safe for both the fog and baby and allows me to rest easy knowing our bugs will be gone.

Roland did an excellent job and is one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. I would certainly recommend Alterra to any home or company.

Alex performed our quarterly service in June; and, we were extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He pointed out something that we should look out for in the future. Alex took his time, and we feel he was extremely thorough and professional. Hopefully, we will see Alex next time.

Exceptional service! I just have to say that not only the was Roland thorough & professional, but extremely knowledgable!! Bad storms & traffic that day didn't stop him from keeping me "in the loop" about his arrival time. Super friendly.
