They only got 1 star because zero isnt an option. Saw them at petsmart ready to adopt and the are so rude. Enless you meet their apperance specifications you get ignored refused applications. No wonder why so many puppies need homes. Because of these horrible rescues. The old lady was a real piece of work. A puppy lost a great home at the fault of the staff. Will never adopt from there or refer any one there. Stay clear away enless you want to feel not good enough

The volunteer below does not get it, taking care of pups if hard work, and there is a lot of cleaning and cleaning and cleaning... this is an amazing place, full of love. Do not volunteer here if you are not ready to work, hard. Go do something where you do not get your hands dirty, this place is taking care of pups and the other review is clearly misinformed, I volunteer there and it is warm in winter, cool in summer and just right all year. Love this place and the hard work that is done here.
