I have gone to this jewelers on several occasions. Gifts and specifically to fix a watch band. My family has also used Sardos for gifts and even to sell gold. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a good jeweler or good jewelry. The prices are good and the customer service is awesome. Myron sardo the owner always gives good advice on items and is very helpful every time I've been in. He is very honest and knowledgable and I remain loyal to his business for that particular reason. It's hard to find a good jeweler these days, highly recommend!!!!

I took a watch to have the battery replaced on 12/5/12. Telling me it would be ready on 12/6/12, I went in on 12/7/12 to be told it needed to be sent out for repairs. Finally on 12/18/12 we were called to pick it up. Only problem? Another part of the watch now wasn't working. Back it went on 12/19/12. Explaining again what the needed repair was, was told it would be back around 12/26/12. Called later that week and was told that it was again sent out for repairs.and due to the holidays would be back on 1/3/13. Went in on 1/4/13 and still not there. Also never once did I get a phone call telling me of these delays. Finally came back 1/8/13. Picked it up 1/9/13 and guess what? Still not fixed. Called again and was told to bring it in to have it fixed while I waited. By now I have been without the watch for a month. Took watch to another jeweler who said speaker on watch had been damaged when back was removed. They tried to repair while I waited but were unsuccessful. Stopped in to see Myron today, told him this and asked for my money back from the initial repair and for $15 to replace this watch. He refused to pay for the damaged watch and threw the $8 from the battery repair at me, while cursing me out. I told him I'd be sure to let everyone out there know what happened. Over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars there and he balked about taking responsibility for damaging a $15 item. So bottom line, if you want to be abused, be lied to, have items damaged by someone who takes outrageous amounts of time to return your items, then this is the place for you. I recommend seeking out a more competent and professional establishment. Shame on you Sardo Jewlers!!!
