Each time I order from Empire, I am dissapointed! Some folks at the job think it is good, but my standards are clearly higher!! Today, my Chicken Parm sandwich is grossly over cooked, the chicken fingers are burned and therefore tough. I've had sandwiches with way too much mayo, and I've stopped ordering from here for lunches because the presentation is very sloppy! Everytime we do get lunc from here (never my choice), I say the same thing - "I'm glad I didn't pay for this".

Empire's food is the best. My co-workers & I order at least 3 times a week. Food is always fresh & hot.
