Landscaping was very friendly. Helpful too.

Years ago, I selected a tree here. I was given a low-ball price, and they came right out and planted the tree. This is why I chose Station Road Farm. Now, about 5 or so years later, things are just different. I'm paying a competitive price with other nurseries--okay fine! I was told it would be planted Monday or Tuesday. It wasn't. I was told they would be able to plant it today (Thursday) and they would call an hour in advance. Here it is 2:00 with no call. I cannot call the landscaping number because the mailbox is full. Should I just call another nursery when no one at Station Road House answers the phone? I don't appreciate being left hanging.
