The owner, Kelly Smith is such a jerk. I called him with concerns about the SEWAGE backup in my basement. My neighbor had this happen last week which ruined all of the carpet in his basement all due to the roots in the landscaping. I have been requesting my landscape to be look at for TWO YEARS! Now I have sewage in my basement and this guy kept interrupting me and told me I should've discussed this with him sooner and tried to blame the board and say it's their responsibility. I've been trying for 2 years for his managers to take care of this! And was ignored. I told him to have a plumber out there by today or tomorrow and he said he can't promise that. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD! How hard is it to call a plumber? This should be priority! Not to mention my HOA fee has increased 3x in 2 years. WHY IS OUR BOARD PAYING THIS AWFUL COMPANY?! They do not do their job. This company and the owner are terrible. If you're looking for a new management company, KEEP LOOKING. This one is awful!
