This company completely dropped the ball on my carpet installation. I was moving into a condo from another state and planned to have carpet installed before moving in since it was vacant. The carpet arrived and day of install they noted it was flawed. We had to reorder and due to the possibility of it not arriving in time, I rescheduled my entire move with movers at both ends, utility shutoffs, etc- not an easy thing to do, so there would be plenty of time for it to arrive and get installed. The carpet arrived in a week and I was told by them they could get it in any of the 3-5 days prior to me moving in with my new move date. I arrived in town and not only was there no carpet, but they were not returning my calls or letting me know if or when they were going to do the install. I had to move in with no new carpet , furniture and boxes all sitting there unpacked, while I went out the very next day to Carpet Depot- picked out one of their in stock carpets (big selection!) and got it installed the very next day! They did not even charge extra for moving furniture. Awesome company! Keller Interiors is completely irresponsible and total lack of customer service. Not even an apology for all the inconvenience I went through. A long distance move is stressful enough without charades like this. Do not do business with this company. Donny seems nice on the phone but it is clear he has no ones best interests in mind but his own. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Keller Interiors!
