Provided by YP.comGot a $2,000 Lift Chair for My Husband due to major surgery and needing help to get up broke within two weeks of use and it will take 4 weeks to get a new seat footrest in the guts and then the repairman will have to come back out and replace it but they will not replace the chair who out there would be satisfied with this don't shop Lazy Boy they will not replace when it is broken they will only repair it

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service, terrible experience. I will NEVER purchase anything from Lazy boy again. My brand new furniture in which i paid over $5,500 came in damaged. I have to have to take off work to get it 'serviced' vs them doing the right thing and giving me new furniture as they should. Don't purchase here
