Please do not ever rent a unit from this place. They are disorganized, lazy, and rude. The unit I rented was so bad it took me 30 minutes the first time to actually get into the storage unit. It was in a state of disrepair and water consistently leaked through the bottom and caused my stuff to sit in puddles.

The staff was the worst part about the whole thing. First they lost my paperwork twice and would consistently call my house saying I need to pay for months I had already paid for. Second, after bringing in paperwork for the second time as well as a cancellation notice, and complaining about the water damage, an employee threatened to call the cops. There was no screaming or threats, physical or verbal, but because people had been complaining and yelling at her all day, she wanted us to leave. Clearly there is an issue if this happens regularly.



Please go to another place and pay a little bit more for better units and better service!

Worst place ever . My sruff was covered an animal droppings and the company closed i could not get to my last unit now for months no phones and violation on the door than they reopen and run my debit card fradualant . The bank is putting in fraud charges on them and I am going to sue them. Do not ever use this place
