I was flat out lied to as to what procedures they would be able ro do. The staff was very rude would not give me straight answers as to why they would not complete a procedure i was told they would do.... Long story short they lied and did nothing to fix the situation..worst dental visit of my life.... And ive had multiple root canals

HORRIBLE!!!! I have 2 special needs Adult children and came here for a 1st visit. The office called the day before and we verified the appt times. The office phoned me an hour before our visit and asked if I could come in early that the dentist wanted to leave early. From the second I walked in which was before the appt time I was rushed and treated VERY rudely. The office manager then came out and said she would only see one daughter today. I asked to see the dentist. I explained that it takes a lot to get the girls to appts and that coming back with one child just because the dentist has somewhere else to be is very unprofessional. The dentist never came out but sent the office manager out to tell me she wouldn't be seeing either girl today because we were "insubordinate to the office". The truth here is that Sadeer Daood, DDS other plans and when she saw my daughters had disabilities she didn't want to take the time. Medicaid should take them off their list.

The dentist and hygienists are AWESOME! It's the office staff that are highly unprofessional and caused me to leave. Went here for 3 years trying to give them a chance but service with the staff is terrible. They confused my insurance 5 times causing me to reschedule appointments or else they would charge me full price. At the beginning, I received reminders for cleanings and appointments but that stopped 6 months after going there. But they conveniently sent my husband text and reminders for appointments he never made nor had he ever attended the office. They need to do a better job of hiring ADEQUATE staff. My 4 year old could do a better job. At this rate, the front office will drive this practice into the ground

This place is the most Unprofessional Dentist office I have ever been to!!!! They left me sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes and when I asked how much longer it would be they said that she was at lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour !!!!!!! Unbelievable I will never go back there !!!!

I have been going there for a few years with my children and I. Fatastic place all around! I Have never had a bad experience or people I seen leaving before our appointment. Have seen a lot of dentist in my time, this by far the best I have been to. Joe G.

The staff are great the girls are great however the dentist is awful he does awful work it does not last, he is rough and rude he does not listen to his patients, there are to many dentists to have to deal with this one , he needs to have his license yanked. Please do not go here you will regret it

This doc did 4 root canals 4 crowns a year (one) year leter it is all done wrong and all has to be replaced. How awful not to mention je is so rude. Please go anywhere else! I am hiring a lawyer he will pay for this pain and suffering and all the work that has to be replaced because of his 3rd rate job

This is the cleanest , friendliest Dental Office I've been to in 37 Years in michigan. Great staff, great service and place is super clean. Impressed

After being there for three hours for a 15-20 minute exam and cleaning, I was exhausted. In the beginning we were greeted by the front desk woman. She was very rude and was not friendly whatsoever. A smile goes a long way, especially at a dentists office.



I work in customer service and this really upset me. I am very nice and would have liked to be treated well. The way she spoke with me was unacceptable. I had to speak with the manager as well about an issue and honestly she was not the nicest person either.



They brought their coffees and food in the office and were bopping around like they were only worried about themselves. It was upsetting.



However, the hygienist and the dentist were both wonderful. The dentist was a nice bubbly woman who genuinely cared. The hygienist was very nice as well. They are the only reason I am going back here for the next appointment.



Customer service is huge. You cannot make people feel poorly when they come in to get unpleasant work done on their teeth. Especially if they are already nervous.

I don't think anyone should go to this place. In late 2010 I went to the one on Orchard Lake Road to get my wisdom teeth out. My appoinment was at at least 5 and it wasn't until after 9 that I got out of the office. There's a few things that strongly stand out to me:

First of all, there are NO WALLS between dentist chairs.

A worker said I could sit in one of the chairs and I'll be seen shortly, I waited 20 minutes and awkwardly listened to a patient moan while getting her teeth pulled. Finally someone came back and said I could wait out in the waiting room (once again). I did for a long while and finally got called in. The dentist was nice, but he seemed in a hurry.

The dentist said if I felt pain to raise my hand. The first two teeth came out no problem. I could feel it but had no pain. When he got to a different part of my mouth I could feel PAIN. I raised my hand but couldn't speak. I raised my hand some more and started crying. All he said was "Yes, a lot of pulling." He had to dig a lot to get it out and he didn't care that I was in pain.

Third problem, over a month later everything seemed to be healing but one side of my face got puffy and I could tell the area was infected. I tried to make an appointment in flint to get it checked out but the said it had to be the one in Bloomfield with the dentist I saw. This time I got in quick but I didn't see the Dentist but the helper. I was just told that it wasn't infected and everything was normal, yeah right.

Summary: Had long wait time, person didn't care about pain, and bad service.
