love this place. i got my hair done by the stylist laura. she made me feel very welcome. she did a great job with my hair cut ( i normally go to my moms friend but she moved to texas) considering i have thick long hair she aced it. plus they are having a remodeling sale which is a plus. i will be back.

Horrible experience! I went in there to see Karolyn to get an ombre and right off the bat they said they were going to try a new technique that she has never done before! I spent way too long there and they had two stylist working on my head pulling my in different directions. I was in so much pain and all they kept saying is hold on we're almost done. I finally grew out my hair really long and after my hair was done there, she OVER PROCESSED IT! my hair has never been so fried and damaged before. I had to go to a different high end salon and have them chop over 13 inches off from the damage she did! I was so upset and hurt. They don't care and don't listen to what their clients want! They're cheap and rude!!!

One stop shop! I love it there! I had a great experience with everything . I highly recommend this place!

Today I went into the salon to get my eyebrows waxed. Dana did them. When I first sat in the chair, she said you don't want them thin? To which I said no. I have full eyebrows, and wanted them to be cleaned up, nothing about shaping or taking off anything else. She started using the wax, asking me about school, etc. Nothing about what I wanted. I figured since I had said no to them being thinned out, that she would just take off the little hairs that were around my general shape. Not the case. She took off my entire arch, claiming that my eyes would look bigger if she took it off. The entire time, as she stood above me, all I could concentrate on was her smacking her gum. I just wanted out of there. I was completely shocked when I saw that my eyebrows were literally in the shape of a square. She kept saying they look so nice, but I was completely in shock (and pain!), that when she said wow you get red, I didn't think anything of it. Until I saw all the follicles she pulled too far out, and i was bleeding. I left, completely in shock, and went home, mostly to get a second opinion. My mom saw how bad they were, and called them up. The manager FOUGHT and yelled at my mom and I, saying we were not going to get our money back. I have never had a manager ever fight this much over a $15 service. Which brings me to my point that it is advertised as $12, yet my ticket said $15.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's pretty much a one-stop-shop for all of your beauty needs. Joanna and Hannah are awesome stylists and I usually get either one of them. Joanna is great for extensions and makeup and Hannah does a really good razor cut on my hair. They have some of the best prices as well on beauty supplys and eyelashes. You can also get a massage, nails & tan all in one place. I highly recommend this to any bridal party or busy girl who needs one local place for everything.
