Hi, my name is Patty and I enjoy Tim who works there and he is also an awesome guitarist. Music is my passion and anytime I have a question about chords, Tim always listens. He doesn't try to badger me into buying guitar lessons. He just gives me advice and motivation. I'm grateful I have a place to go to and show someone my progress who is willing to critique it. Thank you so much Tim!!!

Stay away from this place, especially for instrument repair and non-guitar needs. They may seem friendly, but manager, Ken, becomes very unprofessional when faced with the prospect that they made a very serious mistake. We had another tech AND son's teacher validate that the clarinet is now unplayable. It's also unsellable bc would take $250 to bring up to standard again. Pads seated improperly, excess glue. I've filed a complaint with BBB. You have been warned. Unbelievably unprofessional. Allegedly the tech does work for the local schools so if TMP is getting a cut, this may be why they stupidly alienated a customer who happily would have purchased multiple instruments at their store as I have four kids. Never again! I'm taking my business elsewhere, and do should you.

I get guitar lessons from here every saturday, and these guys are great when it comes to service. They're real nice and always costomer friendly. Big shoutout to Ken and the rest of the gang at the music place!! The 10:00

I brought in my 20 year old acoustic guitar for a revamp. They cleaned it, put on new strings, tuned it, adjusted the neck and basically made it look brand new while I waited. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I decided (without any prompting) to buy a guitar for my son while I was there. They set me up with everything I needed. I thought the service was exceptional. Now I'm thinking of taking guitar lessons from them!
