LET ME TELL YOU WHERE TO THEY GET SOME OF THESE CUSTOMERS ??? I'M ONLY 64 YEARS YOUNG....BUT SOME CUSTOMERS LETS JUST SAY S T U P I D !!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT BERLIN RADIO SHACK....IN FACT ANY RADIO SHACK.....GREAT STORES AND I HOPE THEY CAN CONTINUE IN BUSINESS,ESPECIALLY FOR THIS GREAT COUNTRY!!!!!!!! AGAIN EXCEPT FOR THE S T U P I D PEOPLE,I REST ME CASE.........

One of the worst Radioshacks I've ever been to. Since when did being questioned like a criminal for your returns become a store policy regime? I've never had a problem with any other Radioshack until I stepped foot in this one. I didn't appreciate the way I was being treated as a customer. The old man needs to be fired! He's an obvious racists, scoping me up and down as if the cameras weren't watching me enough. One of the most uncomfortable experiences in this Radioshack. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
