Brought my overheating Journey in told me I needed a tire repair, air filter then I asked them to change my oil. Talking about the car overheating I was told there was a crack in the reservoir and when they got the part they would call me back with a price. I didnt get a phone call back, husband called and decided to call them in a duration of an hour they managed to fix everything, Im not a mechanic but my dad works on 18 wheeler and cars his whole life. I also have Uncles and my grandpa owned a auto repair shop I know some. I know it takes longer than an hour to fix all this. Not to mention the fact I never received a phone call about the price of the reservoir therefore not giving my consent to fix it this place is shady as hell. Beware! Also the receptionist was very combative when I brought my concerns to her, wanting to argue and go in circles. Then she hung up on me when I called back to ask her for no more services. Unprofessional.
