If I had the option I would give them ZERO stars. Price gouge depending on where you live i.e. after giving them my address, they jacked the price up $5 after they had just told me the price of their oil before I gave them my info.



False advertising...they never want to deliver to my house the next day...I always have to insist upon it by convincing them that I am almost out of oil. Even when they do come the next day, it takes them all day to deliver to my house. I usually have to call to question if they are going to come.



Terrible customer service...extremely rude!!! I had the courtesy to call and notify them that they had left the check on the door, which they were supposed to take. They said they would come and pick it up, which they never did, rather they sent me a bill in the mal with a finance charge tacked on to it! Are you kidding me??? It was the company's mistake and they're making me pay for it?!?! I have been buying oil off of this company for years and this is how they treat me?



I am NEVER going to buy oil off of this company again and you shouldn't either unless you enjoy being treated like crap!
