I decided to try Jo Rene based on a customer review online....that turned out to be the worst idea!! I made a appointment to have my car inspected and oil changed a week in advance and apon arriving was turned away rudely because they had work to finish from the day before. There was no explaination by keys were given back to be with a "can't do it" and the mechanic simply walked away while I was still trying to understand what was going on!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS BUISINESS YOUR MONEY!!! They spoke to me in a degrading. rude and insensitive way...not the way anyone wants to be treated! The worst customer service I have EVER experianced!
