I left my dogs at Seven Oaks Pet Hospital over Thanksgiving. When we picked up my dogs, I knew my 8 month old mini dachshund wasn't right. I took him to our vet (NOT Seven Oaks Pet Hospital) and they said he was dehydrated and needed to be put on IVs. When I called Seven Oaks Pet Hospital to inform them of the health of my dog, they went back thru their logs and even have it written down that he would eat and drink sporadically daily. When I asked them if this behavior would be of any concern for a small 10lb puppy they said that they thought it was normal for a new boarding puppy which I can understand, however, we left them at a vet for a reason, and a quick feel of his gums would have let them know he was dehydrated. Very disappointed in the care that they provided to my baby . I will be telling anyone I know to NOT use Seven Oaks Pet Hospital.
