Before I purchased a Bed Ensemble I had them open the bag so I can check the material that it's made out of. I took out a decorative pillow and it had human hair on it and some stains. Which means it was used and placed back on the shelf. This gave me a bad taste and will probably never go back to that store again. Your staff should be well trained and not let something like that happen again. Bad experience and this should be resolved so it doesn't happen again.
