I was a tenant from First in Property Management. They do not fix reported repairs, then turn around and charge you when you move out for the same issues that were present the day that you move in. They are scandalous and corrupt. The staff is only pleasant when you are trying to move in, but are horrific when your lease is up and you are moving out. They lack any and all people skills and are shady crooks. Do NOT deal with these people unless you find it to be absolutely necessary.
