crappy. went in for a simple id card and they said 4 proofs of id is needed...no one has that many unless they are illegal or a residential alien, military, or currently in a court fight. I just tried calling the number to talk to a real person and i ended up getting a crappy automated service that doesn't let you talk to a real person.
