Global Car Care is a place where people go to to get taken advantage of. The only reason they have such high ratings is because people do not know better to question what they are being charged for simple repairs. They are very dishonest and will lie to your face, they will try to rob you any chance they get. They are incredibly over priced compared to other local auto repair shops. In my case about $300 more! To get a diagnostic check on my car they charged me a hazardous material fee when there wasn't any hazardous materials involved. I questioned the fee and they eventually dropped it but they wouldn't have if I didn't say anything. Please stay away if you can! There is a lot of other places in Wenatchee for repairs please go somewhere else.

My wife and I own 4 automobiles, 2 of those are collectibles. And we have been with Global for many many years servicing these vehicles . It has been our experience that they have done an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone who need work done on their autos. Jim Webb.

I am now on my 3rd BMW, but it was getting very inconvenient for me to have maintenance or repair done without taking it out of town to the dealer, as no one in Wenatchee was able to perform the services needed on my BMW, until I found Global Car Care.

I took my 2007 335 to Global Car Care. The staff was professional and followed up with me on what was going on with my car. They have the knowledge and equipment to help get my BMW back on the road.
