The Beach Rose Inn is a charming and centrally located property, just 1.2 miles from Wells Beach, with proximity to a summer trolley stop. We offer 15 suites, including one that is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower. Additionally, there is one studio apartment with a full kitchen. All of our accommodations have direct or convenient access to a balcony, flat screen HDTV with free cable, free WiFi, an A/C unit, and in-room refrigerator. We also have 2 condo apartments, located off property, just 100 yards from Wells Beach. These condos have a full kitchen, one parking spot, and one bedroom, with a queen sized bed, a pullout sofa, and they sleep up to 4 people. All rooms are non-smoking and pet free, and there is free parking for all guests. Housekeeping is provided, and we serve complimentary coffee and tea each morning at the Inn.
