At my recent dr visit I went to pay copay (I have Fed BC&BS & Medicare) and she says it doesn't show any copay...so I said well if there is one they will bill me...I get the bill and on the bill it says "in the future, please pay your copay at time of visit" so my response is" excuse me! I always go to pay copay and am told it doesn't show any copay - so maybe the billing company "YOU" aren't doing YOUR JOB!!!
