Have you ever been into this place?
I've been in there twice to inquire about the price of the dogs.
The dogs are WAY TOO expensive. The guy in there keeps telling you - I'll make a deal with you. Yeah right. The puppies are priced in the $2000-$3500 range.
I walked around a bit to watch the types of puppies they have. The small dogs poop and eat their poop. I told the guy about it and he said 'oh they'll be fine'. Dogs eating their poop? Really? And they'll be fine? That's wrong!
I wouldn't purchase a puppy from there knowing that the workers are fine with the dogs eating their own poop. I'm not bringing a sick puppy home for my kids.

THE WORST PUPPY PLACE ! Purchased a husky pup back in September. While I was there playing with her I thought I noticed a tick . I told the lady and she brought the dog back and assured me it was poop . We purchased the pup and once we got him we noticed she was covered in ticks. Contacted the store and they told me there was no way she got them there . LIARS ! They told us they would pay an extra two weeks for vet visits to show sympathy . We got to the vet and the owner said he never agreed to that !!! ANOTHER LIE. My puppy is healthy now and fine however the way they handle them selves is beyond unprofessional. They don't even have legit papers on the dogs . JOKES ON THEM CAUSE I CANCELED THE CREDIT CARD AND GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK . DONT EVER GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a puppy from this pet store and it turns out that a DNA test proves that she is a mix of 4 breeds. They will not refund anything. All we got was a request to turn her back in to them which is out of the question. Is it fair that we paid such an exorbitant rate for a something that we didn't ask for? It would be like if I ordered lobster and you bring me shrimp. I will eat the shrimp but I am not going to pay for lobster. What a scam they have going.

I would have paid $200 if I went to a local rescue league and got a puppy there so I would like the remaining $1,100 back.

I purchased my Papillion at Star Pups. I was very pleased with the service and follow up provided by the staff. They had a great selection of dogs and were very knowledgeable. Our dog is healthy and happy. So happy that we purchased her.

If I could give this a zero, I would. This store sells puppies with defects and illnesses and they refuse to uphold their warranty. Do not buy from this store. Sherwin is an unprofessional liar and he will find any way to screw you out of money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Was shopping for a puppy with my kids and the people were not friendly at all. Customers were being treated differently.

The worst puppy place, very rude and do whatever they want once you buy a dog, dont suggest anyone to ever ever buy dog here

worst place ever !!! I got my puppy from there and paid $1500 for him. i asked if the puppy was neutered and they said yes. then found that he had something in his tummy asked them about it they said it's nothing and it will go away. 2 days after i went to the vet that they recommended me to go to and after they examined him they told me that he is NOT fixed and what he has in his tummy is something called hernia and it might need surgery in the future. i went there to confront the manger he was SO RUDE. he showed me the certification of the surgery but with a different DOB i told him that i don't believe any of this and i want my money back he kicked me out of the store and i refused to get out so HE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME !!!!! STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE. THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! 0 STAR

No problem with the puppy we purchased. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We bought our now deceased French Bulldog from this place. Their health certifications are crap!After months of having him, we found out he was deaf. Then suddenly, after 3 1/2 years, he died from a genetic defect in his spine. Never again!

I purchased a boxer puppy and the very next day it began coughing terribly. I took it to their vet as required and found the pup has an upper respitory infection. 3 weeks now of medication and Dr visits and the pup is still very sick with no improvement. Jeremy and the store owner told me they will not cover for any of the vet bills past the first 2 weeks. To add further insult they said they decided they would "pay" for his prescription (which is FREE at Publix anyway) Such BS!! They have the sister to this pup still in quarantine in the back room left alone in a cage because it is sick as well. Do not do business with them. They sell sick pups and then refuse to take care of the problem.

I have 4 puppies - one of which came from there. I purchased that dog for my daughter's high school graduation. The store said the dog needed to have his shots. The vet said the dog was sick because he was infected with parvo, which he contracted from the store's other pups. I contacted the store and they said to give him a certain kind of medication (which I had to pay for). They refused to pay for the vet bills. I ended up paying almost $700 to get my daughter's puppy up to par.

I have known others who have had the same problem with puppies from this place.

I love my daughter's dog but I wished we had gone somewhere else to purchase the dog.

I left my dogs here for boarding for 3 days. When I picked up my dogs I noticed that one of them was coming home with a different collar, leash, and tag. When I asked the employee where my dog's items were, he said they went home with another dog who had the same name as my dog. He assured me that he would call me the next day and that I would have the items back the next day. I called the next day and the store manager told me that the gentleman had never mentioned anything to her and today was his day off.

It's been a week and I've been fighting with this company to get my dog's items. I contacted the BBB and my bank to notify them of this incident. Each time I call the store I get a run around - the manager isn't here, sure come in and we'll replace the items (lie!), we don't know what you're taking about.



This is not how business is done. These are very dishonest people - be careful!

Never buy a dog here!!! The Boston Terrier puppy I bought here was diagnosed with Parvo at my vet and had roundworm and parasites!! This store does not follow FL law in its practices. They also told me to get lost when I asked them for my vet bills reimbursed.
