Provided by YPmobileThe customer service with this company is absolutely deplorable! The women in this salon should NOT be doing hair, and when you do have a bad experience they show no concern or care and you never get a resolution. If you value your hair find another salon do not go to this one! They are rude, understaffed, the manager is never on duty, and do not take ownership when they make a mistake! I am disgusted with this salon and this whole company I will never walk into another Regis Salon ever again!!!!!
