This is by far the worst doctors office I have ever been to. After booking my appointment over the phone for the specific purpose of getting a letter written, three weeks later and I still don't have a letter. When arriving to the office I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Dr. Portela said he needed to run some tests on me and that he would write everything down and he would have his assistant write up the letter I needed. After emailing his assistant the requirements she was confused and could not type the letter up. He basically ran up a bill and didn’t complete what he promised would be completed.

I had to make another appointment to speak to the doctor to have him write up the letter. I show up for the second appointment and I wait 40 minutes to be told he will not write a letter. They give me a copy of their reports showing false information and will not even fix the false information.

They doctor says he will not even see me even though I have an appointment. Lacks integrity.
