I love my pediatrician. I have two boys who are 5 an 7 years old. The love going to see Dr. Bergman. The office always runs on time. I never wait more than 5 minutes yet I have all the time I need with my doctor. I never feel rushed. The office is clean and they have separate waiting rooms for sick and well children. I am always comfortable with Dr. Bergman's knowledge and his referrals. My kids really know him and feel comfortable because they always see the same physician and nurse at every visit. Last time I was there they were converting to electronic medical records which I think is great. He also posts helpful information on his website and facebook pages. A+++. Highly recommend

My son has been Dr Bergman's patient since birth, 17 years ago! We have been through a lot together. Dr Bergman has always made my son's health his priority. I choose Dr Bergman after interviewing several pediatricians when I was still pregnant. The physicians in the large groups were distracted and didn't seem to want new patients; several friends complained about never seeing the same practioner and sometimes never a doctor. Dr Bergman knows us. He has always provided us with excellent referrals for surgery or specialist when needed. Even when he is out of town, the solo practioner he has covering is accessible and very thorough. Dr Berman does not automatically hand out antibiotics or other prescriptions YOU may WANT but your CHILD DOESN'T NEED. There are only 3 people in the office and that's fine with me; the office staff has been stable for years and they know us! If I have ever had a "personality" issue with any of the staff, I chalk it up as a bad day. As far as the office, it is clean and has separate well/sick waiting rooms; although my son no longer appreciates the Disney movies playing they were a great when he was little. I'm actually not looking forward to saying goodbye, as I know it will be coming too soon.

I was with the provider for two years (I can't believe I lasted that long) and found the office staff to be very rude. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was never friendly, as I would always say hello first and she usually would just glance and say hi as if someone forced her to. The nurse working for him was okay, but also not very friendly at all. With Dr. Bergman you never know whether you would get Mr. Hyde or Dr. Jekyll. Dr. Bergman may be a smart doctor, but he was very condesending and rude towards me and my husband most of the time. There were a couple of visit where he was actually very nice including my first visit there. His bedside manners are in genral are horrible and his staff should not be working with the public. On the upside, you can get an appointment there pretty quickly and you do not wait very long to be seen. So if you just want to get in somewhere fast and don't care about how you are treated, this is the place to go.

I love my doctor. He is one of the last of a dying breed, the solo practitioner. After trying three other group practices after moving north from Miami, I am here to stay at Dr. Bergman's. My son has asthma which was undiagnosed until he saw Dr. Bergman. In prior offices I would see a different Dr. or Nurse Practitioner every time my child was sick. They would just hand me prescriptions and send me on my way. Dr. Bergman took the time to explain things to me in detail. When I had problems with my medication coverage his office staff fought for coverage with my insurance company. They are fantastic. The office is very clean and inviting. If you are tired of feeling like a number, this is the place to go. I wish I can find a doctor for myself with the same caring and expertise.

The office is immaculate with both sick and well waiting rooms. Dr. Bergman's staff is like a well oil machine. He always sees his patients on time; however, his staff does not overbook so that you have all the time you need with him. He always seems to answer all of our questions even though we are first time parents. His diagnostic skills are excellent. Previously we went to a group practice and felt like a number. We always waited an hour to get seen. Each doctor or nurse practitioner we saw would tell us something completely different. Dr Bergman always returns our calls after hours no matter how late it is. His staff was wonderful at fighting with our insurance company to get the tests we needed covered for our son. I could not thank them enough. Look no further this is the doctor for you. He always tells you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear even if it is not the politically correct thing to say. We have avoided many of the pitfalls of child rearing that have been suffered by our friends because their doctors just "yessed them to death."
