Before I went to the gold mine I got the runaround from other places for my Jewelry they offered me very low for them If you want a fair price for your jewelry go to the gold mine you will be satisfied

I have sold odd jewelry pieces and coins to the Lake Worth Gold Mine over a period of five years or so and every time I have been treated as a valued customer, even when they were not interested in the items I brought for them to evaluate. I feel comfortable that they are fair and they will give me a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back with some evaluations. Although they are a family business they are very professional and I trusted them enough to leave items with them to look at.

I sold some silver coins at the Gold Mine and was very impressed with Fred and the prices I received. He was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. If you have gold or silver coins to sell then definitely go check them out.

I went here back in 2011 and found some more jewelry when I was packing up to move. I was surprised that they have expanded there business to a lot more than just a cash for gold store. I was able to sell some Lalique, and Waterford crystal vases that I had received as wedding gifts 30 years ago! Were downsizing and trying to declutter. They gave fair prices and the customer service is always exceptional.

My pit bull chewed a pair of my earrings so I went to the gold mine to sell. Very nice people and gave me a good price.

Very bad customer service and extremely unorganized. They specialized in buying gold only, dont let them tell you otherwise. Don't leave anything overnight with them, you wont get in it back in a timely fashion or in the same condition. They acknowledged on dropped the ball on me numerous times but failed to make good on fixing the issues. They are either too tired or just don't care enough. I will take my business elsewhere. They are trying to do too much for a small family business. Not professional at all.

I sold a gold necklace that was broke at the Lake Worth Gold Mine and nearly fainted when they told me it was worth $685.00!!! My car needed repairs that were unexpected which is why I was selling my gold chain. That money more than covered the expense and I had some left over for some shoe shopping :)
