I had been getting my nails done there for almost a year and i always make an appointment but they are always running at least 20 min late. They never tell you that when you arrive on time so you have the option to either come back later or reschedule. I communicated my frustration the last time i was there because they started me 35 min late) and he (Mike) refused to apologize or acknowledge their poor customer service. I will never go back there.

The website is for a place in Massachusetts, not Missouri.

I have been to a couple nail salons and this pro nails does a good job. My nails actually stay on more then two weeks. I definitely recommend them
