BEWARE. Advanced replaced my roof and did siding work. Sanding back and taking a look my home it looked beautiful! Until I started having issues. Once you get on my roof, you could see that is was poorly installed. didnt use enough nails, didnt use proper nail placement, installed damaged and used materials, and uneven rows. The manufacturer failed it on 5 different items! Then on to my siding. Since they used the same color siding, they reused the old siding that were out of clear sight (charging me as if they replaced it) thinking I would never notice. in another place, instead of removing the old siding and replacing it, they just nailed a NEW piece of siding over the old one! Not only has my roof start to fail but my siding will start to buckle and have issues when the weather gets nice as well. Looks can be very deceiving.

Advanced did great job on my siding. Mr. Ryan came out and help me with whole thing. I was happy with how much he know about all of it, he taught us a lot and was very nice. Guys who put up siding were very nice too and did great job. They made my old house look like new!

Thank you Advanced for a job well done! I had a couple big st. Louis roofing companies come to my home to bid my roof and fascia job and I didn't get a very good vibe. I called advanced to get a third bid and the actual owner (Matt) came to meet with me. I could tell right off the bat that he was WAY more knowledgeable and unlike the other two guys he didn't try to pressure me into anything. Once we signed up with advanced they explained the roofing process to me and a couple weeks later, right on schedule, they roofed my home. Their crew was more than helpful (one guy actually noticed I had low air in one of my car tires and filled it up with his compressor). They were done by dark and left the place in better shape than when they arrived. They even cleaned out my gutters, which apparently they do on every roof! Thank you guys so much, if I know ANYONE who needs exterior work done I will send them your way!

Advanced was great to work with throughout our insurance claim process. They met with the adjuster to re-inspect the damage, and ended up getting more damage covered in the scope of repairs. The finished product was exactly what we wanted and the guys from Advanced were knowledgeable and very personable.
