We have our Subaru serviced at Rob's every year when we visit Mt Hood. We like the mom and pop feel of the place and how they explain the repairs needed with examples you can see.

While on our way over the pass at Mount Hood we noticed steam coming from under the hood. I noticed antifreeze below the radiator so we turned around and headed back down the mountain. We found Subaru Rob's Import Auto nearby on line so decided since it was closer than going all the way back to town we would see if they could take a look. Rob was cordial and willing to help out even though it was near his closing time. He found the radiator on our Subaru Legacy wagon cracked so we decided to get it fixed there. I am so glad we did. He sent his wife to town to pick up the parts and had the work completed in less than three hours and we were on the road again. The cost was reasonable and the people were friendly and went out of their way to stay and fix the car after hours and get us back on the road. They salvaged our Memorial Day weekend for us and for that we are eternally grateful! I highly recommend this shop.

Rob is an amazing mechanic. Honest and trust worthy which is rare with alot of mechanic shops these days. He will not rip you off and he knows his stuff. I live 2 hours away from his shop and after the great work he did on my sons car I now drive to him for work on my own cars!

Local people with excellent regional experience. I'd suggest them every time.
