I experienced very unethical practices through Regina Lythoe at merit properties back in 2014 October. In my opinion she would do anything reckless to ruin anyone's sale or purchase of property. Very devious and hurtful when she was involved in the selling of my home in rhododendron Oregon. BUYER ,the innocent beware.
