Was having problems late afternoon and they came out that evening. I like the fact they are available almost any hour. Took care of the problem right away and gave us estimates prior to work. Very friendly and worked with us on fixing our problem. Would recommend them if you are having A/C or heating problems.

Excellent excellent excellent.. Had a emergency service with my refridge late in the evening and they got to my house within 30 mins... Definitely recommend them!! Not only did he fix my refridges leak he looked at the ice maker that another company put in that stopped working and got that back going... Our A/C stop working on one of the hottest nights of the year. In the morning we called Radco A/C and within two hours they had our unit running. We have used their services in the passed and will use their services when needed .Hernandezs

I have been using Radco for 10 years now and have never had a problem. Woke up to a hot house this morning, called around 10:30 am. Jeremy was here in under an hour, fixed the air and we were cool by noon. They have worked on our stove and frig too. Jeremy was very polite and knowledgeable, My air was repaired in a timely manner on a Saturday night, although a bit pricey it was worth it, especially here in Florida.

Awesome service, most importantly Honest! Fixed our AC Unit (bad wire) charged it and that was it. Did not try to upsale or over charge us. Rob the owner is one of the nicest and honest people out there. Thank you Rob!!!

FAST was here within 2 hours on a late Friday afternoon (other companies we called couldn't get here til the next week.) EFFICIENT repair was made in less than an hour by a very considerate and informative service person. WOULD I CALL RADCO again....ABSOLUTELY.

As a customer of Radco for many years now (10 to be exact) I have never once had a problem with this company, never a bad thing to say about them. They are always friendly and informative and they work on just about everything in my house, no need to call multiple companies. Thanks to RADCO I was not without air long on this hot, hot summer day. With the heat the way it is and the high humidity my A/C not working was the last thing I needed today. I flipped through the phone book and saw an ad from RADCO which was quite appealing and when I called the office staff was MORE than informative. The technicians were on time, and very professional. The price to fix my air conditioner was very reasonable and they had my up and going in no time. The technicians of RADCO and the office staff deserve to be praised for their good works and I am proud to recommend them to friends and family. A happy customer, Mrs. Bloxton

STAY AWAY from this company. Ask any other AC company and they will role their eyes and say "I don't like to talk bad about other company's but Radco..." Wished I had googled them before calling them. Really bad BBB rating and check Ripoff report and we had an exact same scenario as a report on Ripoff Report...oil leak except they wanted to charge us $2000 for a used compressor or $5500 for a no name a/c unit. Called owner to discuss and she says "We didn't socialite your business" and quickly goes on the defensive instead of taking care of the issue Stay away....you have been warned.

We are very pleased with the services of Radco technicians, Rob & Keith. They arrived promptly to provide a 2nd opinion of our air conditioner issues. They fixed the problems the same day and our air conditioner has been working fine. We feel they were honest and professional and we will call Radco for any other appliance issues, as well as recommending them to friends and family. Sharon & John G
