These folks are consistent. Consistently terrible. Their service and personnel are terrible folks to deal with. Sometimes you get your supplies sometimes you don't. Truth is they don't care either. This has been going on for over a year now. The only reason I stayed using them is each time I would call they would give me a new contact person saying they would fix it. This current issues is still ongoing as of 06-03-202...I have called them multiple times to get my supplies. I have not received any supplies since the first week in March. They remain ignorant and could care less when trying to get the to do something about. I have talked with so many people here at this company from bottom to top they are unprofessional and terrible folks to deal with.

Avoid these folks at all costs or the only costs you will be seeing is Amazon costs when you have to buy your own supplies.

CPAP Machine is bulky and awkward for travel, even though I mentioned I travel, they insisted on this machine and are now unwilling to discuss other options. Employees were rude and pushie, they talked very fast, just trying to get it done, so it was difficult to follow. I do not recommend them.
