I had a misunderstanding with Mr. Finely that was my fault and I'm changing my review to reflect a more accurate experience with Mr. Finely. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my policy being canceled as a result of non payment after closing on my house. It was a mistake that could happen to anyone and Mr. Finely worked harder then any agent I ever met to make it right. He is a great agent and works hard and deserve recognition for what he does. Thank you Mr. Finely for your excellent service.
