Went there to get a pedicure for the first time a guy started them and then a lady came to finish the job was terrible they didn't trim around the cuticles or scrub with the pumice stone lime they should have maybe they don't get enough colored people there and I still tipped the place.

Worst pedicure ever. If you don't purchase spa pedicure. My pedicure took 15 mins- no English and very poor pedicure. Not worth the experience.

It was awful, i wont even give it any stars. 3 people working and i had made an appointment two days in advanced for 2 mani's and one guy did both of us so it wasn't even relaxing, very rushed. not only did he use the same file on both me and my mother, but he wiped all the dust off of the station with it put it in the garbage before using it on me. Did not cut and clean up my cuticles and when i asked he just laughed. The steps for a simple gel polish were not there, forgot to put the nourishing coat on and the cuticle oil on after. It was an awful environment and an overall dirty experience. He also didn't have me wash my hands after filing down my nails and used a dirty towel they use to wipe the stations down on. And once he was done he took the file he had used on both my mother and i and put it back in the bag to reuse on another person. GROSS. i am appalled and they will never ever be getting my business again.

This was my first time in this salon. The place is clean and big.i unfortunately wasn't happy with the tech that serviced me. He did not say one word to me. He cut my toenails without soaking them first and he cut my big toenail too short. It now hurts. He didn't scrub the callous it was an extra $10 to do so. Ridiculous! Will not go back

I had the BEST pedicure ever. Charlie is amazing! I don't mind that they don't speak much English. He spent an hour and a half on my pedicure. He even gave me a hot stone massage on my legs. I highly recommend Charlie. Great job!

I only gave it one star bc YP forces you to give at least one or else I would of put zero. Long story short no one speaks hardly any English. The owner is the one who did my nails and first she lied about the price half way through even though on the sign up on the wall it had a lower amount for my basic acrylic set. ($40), she charged me $50. She said prices went up but didn't advise me of this until she was half way through. She filed my nails so much it went to the nail bed through the top! Then put on too small of tips so when I got home and fell asleep I was woken up several times due to horrible finger pain that led into my arm. She rushed me out so fast that I did not get hand wax or a massage ( I paid for) I asked her about it and all she could do was shrug her shoulders. She snagged my phone from me bc I had a picture of what I want on there and said "give me", and she whipped it out of my hands. She told me I was set, I got in my car and 4 fingers were already destroyed (nail polish), but they had already locked up and were walking to their card or walking home. I called the next day as I had to suffer through work in pain. I explained and told her I did not want anything fixed. I will be taking them off because the sides of the acrylic begin to dig into my skin. And my nail beds were burning and sore. I went in and she refused to give any money back as she saw my fingers turning purple. So I walked out and went to Sally's and got acrylic remover and now I'm out $50 and my nails are in bad shape and it will be a while before I can get them done now. But I know for sure I won't be going there!

Very clean, very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Great job on my pedicure and manicure. The employees speak limited English, but are also very kind and helpful. When you are finished they help with coats, open the door, everyone calls out goodbye. Shoulder massage and is an added extra while nails are drying.

I tried out this place when it first opened a few months ago. I said I wanted a manicure I received a GEL Manicure . When you fist come on they say choose color and point where the colors are. All of the people that work in the salon are all Asian and only speak a few words of English. Mostly my appt was the person pointing & gesturing for me to figure what to do next. I did not care for that. The worst part was they never explained to me or gave me a paper to explain how to carefully remove the GEL from your nails. Soooo when the Gel polish started to wear off and chip after 2 weeks , all of my nails were damaged as a result of me not knowing how to remove the polish properly and took almost 3 weeks to get back to normal after they all broke off and had to be cut down and re-grown. I will not go back.

I've been getting pedi's for several years now. I walked into Young Nails & Spa as a new customer to see if the service would be comparable to my current salon (which is always busy and sometimes hard to get in). This is a new facility so the salon is large, clean and the equipment is new. The pedi chairs have an awesome massager. The person doing my pedi spent about 2 minutes exfoliating my feet....maybe less. I pointed out that he barely touched the sides of my big toes, my heels or the bottom of my feet. He said, "That would be a "callous pedi" and that is $10.00 more." He said, "You do it next time you in." I said, "No, I won't be in again." I've never had a pedi where they didn't exfoliate your toes and heels. He did take the time to rub my shoulders while my toes were drying though. A nice touch, but I'd rather he spent the time on my feet.

I'll go back to my busy salon where removing the dead skin and callous is included in the standard $25.00 pedi fee.
