Have been here many times. The food is good . The lounge and live music makes it a fun time. Service is fine.

We had our wedding here. After several meetings detailing exactly what we wanted, the manger was either unable or unwilling to communicate to the staff what was desired. The manger wearing JEANS decided it was his place the evening of the FORMAL wedding to walk around asking how the meals were. Several details were either forgotten or inappropriately executed.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Although the food was great (once we finally got it) the SERVICE has to be the worst we have ever experienced. Apparently management doesn't have a clue to what CUSTOMER SERVICES is all about... Was our second and last time there...

I see the prior reviews were posted long ago. The service here is unforgivable. We had a function here and after many meetings, still so many things were done incorrectly. The manager was parading around in the function room speaking to guests at a formal wedding in his JEANS. There are no excuses here! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Everytime we are in the area, we used to love to go to the Point Breeze for dinner. The last time we were there it was so disappointing. We had to wait for a server, I had to go to the desk and ask for paper and crayons and upon doing so, was snapped at because I asked a bus boy. We had to wait for someone to take our drink order, we waited much too long. When we finally ordered, we had to wait even longer to get the drinks. Then we had to wait even longer to give the dinner orders to the server. Then when we gave the person the order, she did not put the order in right away, she went and took more orders and helped another server. When we did get our order, we had been waiting over an hour. The ironic part of all this, was that the place was 1/3 filled. Two hours later, we walked out the door and we said to each other, "what was that about?" The food was okay but our granddaughters wanted macaroni and cheese. It was not edible. It was from a pouch and was nasty. They would not eat it and I truly do not blame them. They went home hungry. Like I said before, we always looked forward to our dinners at the Point but not anymore. Overpriced, understaffed and lacking in social graces.

I went to Point Breeze for my friends graduation dinner. The food was great and the service was also. It was a great time until the band She's Busy, publicly insulted my friend with the mic because a band members Aunt sitting a table near by wanted the kids off the dance floor and to basically leave. The band is there for everyone not just for one person who obvisoulsy thought the band was just for her. I will not be back to see this band and I will let my own friends and family about this poor taste in judgement. My friend who was insulted had a better attitude and begged me not to write a review. I can not believe how rude this band was, telling us to remove our children so this band members family member would be happy. Other children from neighboring tables were also dancing and having fun however they picked our party to insult. This band is awfully rude.

The Deck is a beautiful dining experience at sunset! The staff is very friendly and the food is great! I highly recommend the Point!
