Found them on the internet and took my 3500 box truck to have rearend down. I bought the parts put money down. I live in NY , but was in Florida working for the winter months. The truck wasn’t done when Nathan said it would be done. I had to go back to NY. I finished paying on the truck and told him I’d get there as soon as I could. He said I had such and such time to come get the truck and $30 a day would start for having the truck parked there. I finally got down there to pick the truck up mind you almost $3000 for the parts and the labor and Nathan Guaranteed the truck would make it back to NY with no issues. Truck is still in PA almost 3 hours away from my house. I took a video showing why the rearend failed and the next day started calling Nathan and his wife’s phone. Not once did he answer. This went on for almost a week before I downloaded a free calling app with the same area code as theirs. Wouldn’t you know he answered on the second ring. He was shocked it was me and kept saying he did the work himself and isn’t sure why that happened. He rushed me off the phone saying he would call me tomorrow and figure out what he would do. I waited all day not one phone call from him. So I tried to call and his wife (partner) changed her number and his rings once and goes right to voicemail. Some business! So I’m unsure of how anyone would get ahold of this company.
