They're are absolutely consistent in being overwhelmed with the three customers they have. There are usually only two people working. It appears that they were hired mainly for appearances.The wait time is ridiculous. Be prepared for plenty of excuses as well. Multitasking is certainly undiscovered country. I sincerly hope they hire someone to pose as some type of management soon, or just close. It's like undisciplined children with attitude. Stressed out, and very disappointing.

My fiance and I ordered the new Samsung S6 on 10/05/15 & was told it would be in by 10/08/15. We were switching from US Cellular & decided to return 10/12/15 in order to port both numbers. When we arrived at the store we were greeted with a lazy careless demeanor & were told the new phone hadn't arrived and an order could not be found (which we had already paid taxes on & was supposedly ordered by the owner of the Weaverville location). After 30 minutes of the owner & employee acting bored with their fact finding expedition on the order we were told by the owner that this happens all the time. At that point we decided to have them refund the taxes (which could take a week since paid by debit card) and are now either going with a new store or different carrier altogether. If this is the level of service that can be expected from the Weaverville location then good luck to anyone who uses them.
