We are very pleased with The Rock and their flexibility and support of my daughter's gymnastics goals through thick and thin, successes and challenges. Great Coaches who support and encourage and challenge my daughter in a firm but caring way so she progresses. They make it enjoyable and feasible for all athletes to do gymnastics...even the non natural ones that might be turned away elsewhere. If you have the desire, they will support that desire. They also have the ability to support college and beyond dreams as well! And with the facility expansion, which includes multiple pits, more trampolines, in ground tumble track into pit, trench bar, separate preschool area, new dance room, and parent viewing area...the facility is amazing! We love The Rock!
