Larry came out to service my septic tank. I was long overdue for a clean out and Larry took care of that promptly. He also readily answered all my questions on care and upkeep of this, my first septic system.

While my home is only five years old the seal on the tank was leaking due to improper installation. Larry does not "fix" leaks such as this but spent 30 minutes diagnosing the problem, giving me instructions on how to repair it myself if I was so inclined. He also provided me with the name and number of a plumber who could address the leak if I choose not to do it myself.

An honest man who is all about customer service.

Larry came out in freezing weather on a Sunday evening to determine my septic problem. He thoroughly explained everything and was very professional. He has the homeowners best interests in mind. I will use again and strongly recommend to others!
