I had a problem with a propane heater that would not ignite properly. Randy arrived shortly after I called and fixed the problem, the pilot light was not properly positioned. He corrected this problem and then proceeded to inspect our gas fireplace to insure it was working properly and then checked our stove. He explained that gas stoves are set to operate on natural gas when they leave the factory and should be reset by the installer to run on propane. Our stove was installed in 2006 by the previous owner and was never reset to operate on propane. Because propane burns hotter than natural gas, no food could be simmered, it always burned if it was not watched. Randy adjusted the burners and now the stove will simmer food properly. Randy went well beyond what you would expect from a good technician and I would highly recommend him.
