The Gancarz Painting story began with Kaz Gancarz who started in the painting industry here in Pennsylvania in 1983 after leaving communist Poland in his early twenties with his wife. Unable to take their young daughter with them during the communist times, they were devastated to have to make the decision to leave her behind with family, in search for a better life for her. After being sponsored by a local church in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Kaz and his wife moved to Pennsylvania. Kaz went in search for a means to provide for his family in the painting industry and after years of hard work and the fall of communism in Poland, he was able to reunite his family and bring his daughter to her new life in America. Years later, Kaz attributes his family's local success in the industry to their knowledge of the industry, him and his wife's dedication to give their children a better life, as well as their faith in God. Today, Gancarz Painting is a locally trusted, family operated company, born and raised in southeastern Pennsylvania. We are based out of Chester County and serve the surrounding Pennsylvania counties. We pride ourselves on our honesty, skill and respectfulness, as we believe the right way is the only way to run a business.
