If I was going to write all of this slander, I would give an example! I have thousands of satisfied clients, all of whom enjoy quality workmanship at a fair price. After 22 years of quality work practices, you can neither leave your name, or an example of "fault" or "failure" of completed work or stand up to any warranty offered. I hope every understands that when working with the public against so many biding against so many cut throught fly by night compainies, you come across "haters". Now I remember you, the guy who wanted everything for free and to hold my pay ransom! Thank god you are the only guy like you that I have ran into, (I am pouring a beautiful charcoal color driveway, you want me to pour a sidewalk, and even fill dumb bell weights, yes dumb bell weights for free while trying to tell me you are now feeling the job should have cost a thousand dollars less...) Sorry folks.. you . Should meet Mr. Wonderful, and I still made a beautiful driveway for him (pictures upon request).

James is someone that is dishonest and definitely not a man of his word. When you make a mistake you should own up to it (which he did) and take corrective actions to make it right...which he didn't do. A person is only as good as their word and when sometime promises something and didn't follow through after admitting fault he does not deserve business. I hope you take thisinto consideration when calling Mr. Thompson. Thanks!!
