Some of the worst customer experience I have ever had! Steve the owner is a joke and seems like a good guy until he has your money then go ahead and wait for months for your project to be complete and of poor workman ship! Would never use them again for any service! Go elsewhere.

This company put a front porch/deck over an existing cement slab in Aug 2016 and it transformed the look of my house. In June 2017, I hired them to do the same thing to the back slab of my house. The contract was written to reset and cover a support post for $200. The post was never removed. Boards were cut around the post. the contract was written like the one for the front deck. The front deck received skirting, the back did not. A nail gun was used for board attachment. One of the nails is bent and it is causing the board to split. Calls to the company are received with a promise of a return call and the return call is never received. Calls to the salesman go unanswered. The most frustrating thing is that there is no communication for a resolution.

This company is a joke. Good luck getting anything done once you pay. Beleive me, you will need repairs done. They might as well just have the tail light warranty. Because once you have paid and they leave, it's all over from there. Do yourself a favor and go to a more professional company.

They company are so unprofessional and have really really bad service. All they want is more money from you. They will charge you a lot money to repair the gutter line and sprinkler that they damage when they dig the holes for posts. They are rated F from Better Business Bureau and F is the worst that they can get. Please do not do any business with this dishonest company. They might be the cheapest quote but you might end up paying much more than you think. This company can only give you 2 year warrantty on the deck, that means they don't have any confidence on the job that they build.
